How to PLAY & WIN

  • Suitable for 2-6 players. Recommanded age to play is from 10 years old. Must appoint one player as banker.
  • Each player starts game with cash of $5,000 from banker.
  • Game is over when 2-4 players reach Box 100 or play until one player remains.
  • Whenever a player passes Salary or Bonus boxes, including “Jump ”, automatically collect money as stated.
  • There are 7 types of Asset Cards. Player can choose not to purchase and thus forgo the potential to build up wealth.
  • "Jump" indicates by jumping ahead means sudden smooth progress in life.
  • "Skid" indicates bad luck by falling to earlier boxes as set backs in life.
  • “Lucky Strick” means opportunity for the right to buy any asset card at 1.5 times of the stated price. It opportunity to build up more wealth.
  • If a player steps on special boxes marked “Bonus” or “Penalty”, the player will pick up a Bonus or Penalty card. Positive events in life is considered “Bonus” while negative event is considered “Penalty”.
  • Should a player have insufficient cash, each player can use the Help Line (maximum 3 cards only) and/or Loans to try to raise sufficient cash to pay expenses or to buy/invest Assets Card.
  • Each box steps on apply to one Assets Card (not 2 or more Assets Card) only for any expenses, bankruptcy or sales/disposal.
  • Any player who cannot pay his/her expenses after considering assistance from Helpline and or Bank Loan shall be declared bankrupt and end his/her game.
  • At the end of the game, each player uses the Wealth Card to record their cash in hand and record their Asset Cards held with its stated value on the Assets Card less any loan taken, add all “bonus” and minus all “penalty” collected during the game.to compute and determine his/her final wealth successfully accumulated.
  • In the Wealth Card calculation when game ended, player with the highest wealth value of total cash/assets is the winner.

  • House Card (Has to pay repair expenses/Gain on disposal).
  • Invest In Shares Card (Received Dividend/Gain/loss on shares divestment).
  • Health Insurance card (All hospitalisation cost waived).
  • Car & Insurance Card (All accident cost waived except repair cost).
  • Assurance Scheme Card (Saving through Insurance Scheme).
  • Advisor Card (Receive Advisor fee as consultant).
  • Business Owner Card (Gain/loss from business/risk of legal suit/risk of bankruptcy).
